From £2,000 (project fee)
End-to-end production support to bring a shoot together smoothly, calmly and on budget.

Includes:
– Crew sourcing and scheduling
– Budget creation and management
– Shoot logistics and timelines
Included within Core and Campaign.
Pair with On-Set Production for a fully supported shoot day at no extra day rate.
ON-SET PRODUCTION ONLY
From £450 per day + transport & accommodation
On-set production support to keep shoots running smoothly and on time.
Ensuring shoot days run seamlessly from start to finish.
Includes:
– Crew coordination
– Client liaison
– Schedule and problem solving on the day
Included within Core and Campaign.
If booked alongside Off-Set Production Management, the day rate is waived - travel and accommodation remain applicable.
CREW AND TALENT SOURCING
From £500
Sourcing and booking of photographers, stylists, HMU, models and specialist crew.
Finding the right people for your production, efficiently and reliably.
Includes:
– Recommendations aligned to brief
– Availability checks and bookings
– Rate negotiation and contracts
Crew & Talent fees quoted separately.

ART DIRECTION BY CART
From £2,000
Hands-on art direction across planning, shoot day and post-production.
Bringing a clear creative vision to life, on set and in post.
Includes:
– Creative concept development
– On-set art direction
– Selection of final assets
– Retouch notes and post-production guidance

in-person castings
From £875
Expert model sourcing and in-person casting to find the right talent for your project.
Finding the perfect talent, managing the process from shortlist to final selection and guiding you confidently through every step.
Includes:
– Pre-selecting models aligned with the brief
– Organising and running an in-person casting
– Travel + accommodation + snacks for full day of casting
Option to extend to multiple days if needed, quoted per project.
Talent fees quoted separately.
Available as an add-on to any package.
LOCATION SCOUTING
From £750 + transport & accommodation if required
Research, visit and document locations to ensure the perfect setting for your shoot.
Discovering the ideal settings for your shoot, with expert guidance and thoughtful documentation from research to final recommendation.
Includes:
– Research and selection of potential locations based on the creative brief
– Site visits and documentation (photos/videos)
– Travel + accommodation included if offsite
– Summary report with recommendations for client and production team
Location fees quoted separately.
